Refund policy

At Peak Co., we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn
• unused
• in original condition
• with all tags attached
• in original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.


Important — Tag Policy

Many Peak Co. items include a return protection tag.

If the tag has been removed or tampered with, the item may not be eligible for return.

Please ensure the product is suitable before removing any tags.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, please contact us and we will organise a replacement.

For style or preference changes, returns can be made for a refund and a new order placed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is:

• faulty
• not as described
• not of acceptable quality

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and order details.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that:

• have been worn
• have had tags removed
• are damaged after delivery
• were purchased as final sale


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Peak Co. is not responsible for lost return parcels.
